6-Day Return Window
You have 6 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
The item must be in its original packaging
The product should not be damaged by the customer
Proof of purchase or order ID is required
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Product used or damaged after delivery
Missing original packaging
Return request made after 6 days of delivery
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received by our team:
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange free return pickup
